Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $99 applies to parts only in the lower 48 states. Some restrictions apply for equipment, batteries and bulk chemicals. Equipment, batteries and bulk chemicals cannot be shipped via traditional small package carriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Equipment, batteries and bulk chemicals require shipping on a pallet or dedicated flatbed carrier and can be classified as hazardous materials so additional handling is required to prevent leakages and spills.  This type of freight is more complicated and expensive than small package deliveries for many reasons.  For example, there are a list of accessorial charges that must be taken into consideration such as Lift Gate to ground level, Residential Delivery, Inside Delivery, Hotel/Apartment, School, Military Base, Shopping Mall etc..  For us to provide you with the best freight quote, we must discuss your specific delivery needs.  Then we can search for the safest, lowest cost delivery solution.  Please call if you have any questions.
